Same Day Service Calls: If a call comes in prior to 12pm, service technicians are able to get it handled same day for a client.
Advanced Technology: Using iPads for work orders, billing, and photos means no overcharging, quick invoice turnaround as these are sent within 24 hours and photos to show before/after work. Very handy when a damage is tenant caused.
Top Notch Estimates: Each estimate is broken down room by room, item by item to give a clear idea of what needs to be done to the property to make it health/safety compliant and rent ready. Handy when looking at charging tenants after a move out.
24 Hour Response: With a full time dispatcher, there is always a live person to answer calls and dispatch someone. This goes a long way to showing tenants they are important and keeps them happy.
Clear, Concise Communication: With a dispatcher and skilled technicians in the field, a manager receives feedback, calls for change orders, and photos/notifications of further issues at the property. Very helpful in keeping an eye on your tenants.
We will use our best judgment in the evaluation of maintenance requests to determine if the Association is responsible for taking action and to determine which vendor or employee of the Manager is best suited and most cost effective to take corrective action. The Manager may use independent contractors of its choice or may use its own employees to service a maintenance request.
We will personally inspect the community on a monthly basis or more if deemed necessary. The manager will oversee that any issues from the inspection are rectified in a timely manner.
